Mr. Newsom brings over 25 years of legal experience to his representation of the firm’s clients. A primary focus of his practice is the full-service representation of community associations of all types throughout the State of Florida, including homeowners associations, condominium associations, timeshares, cooperatives, commercial associations, and hotel condominiums. Mr. Newsom’s services for his community association clients include:

Mr. Newsom works with his clients to achieve their stated goals, provide
guidance, and is also able to make recommendations based on the
knowledge that he has gained in his practice. Mr. Newsom also has the
experience of representing some of the largest national and regional
homebuilders and real estate developers for real estate, acquisitions,
permitting, zoning, land use, litigation, and community association issues.
Mr. Newsom is approved by the State of Florida to teach the required
Board Member Certification course for newly appointed directors of
community associations and is proud to provide this service and
information to the board members that attend his courses.
